Lynsey lives in Spennymoor and joined PCP in October 2005.
Lynsey has over 20 years’ experience working within local government and the third sector and has managed staff and programmes in Education, and Public Health providing service for clients across County Durham to improve their employability and health and wellbeing. Lynsey is a qualified trainer and is experienced in change management, mentoring and coaching, equality & diversity, and leadership skills. Lynsey is very passionate about helping people to live healthier and longer lives and having good mental wellbeing and she enjoys steering projects that provide positive outcomes for clients.
Lynsey leads the Public Health funded Health Trainer Service for PCP and is also part of the senior management team at PCP. Lynsey also is the lead for the following cross cutting theme; equality, diversity and mental health.
Lynsey currently works part time in this role as she is also mum to twin girls. Lynsey enjoys exercise in her spare time and doing activities with her family.
