Stockton Navigation Project

The Stockton Service Navigation

The Stockton Service Navigation Project (SSNP) is for anyone living in the Borough of Stockton aged 16 plus. The SSNP can help people in taking the first steps to improve their health and wellbeing by supporting them to access activities and services. This can increase confidence, control, independence, reduce stress and isolation and help people to live healthier lives. The service holds regular drop in sessions in the heart of the community or can offer one to one appointments.

The service can help you find activities such as walking groups, creative arts groups, exercise class or social groups to support your health and wellbeing. SSNP can also signpost and support you to access other services such as the Citizens Advice Bureau, education providers, debt advice, volunteering and job clubs. If feel you might struggle to take the first step in attending activities or support services the navigator can accompany you for the first few sessions.

Stockton Service Navigation Project can support you with taking the following steps to improve your health and wellbeing. Helping you to feel happier, more positive and able to get the most from your life.
