Job purpose:
To assist in the smooth running of Options Project
Responsible to:
Volunteer Supporters – Linda West
Main tasks: (may include)
To support the day to day running of the project
To support Options members to participate in activities
To assist in the setting up and clearing away each day
To promote choice, equality and control to Options members
Support members on outreach activities
To assist in the delivery of session to Options members
Specific training will be provided
To adhere to all PCP’s Policies and Procedures

Be reliable, honest and patient
Have a friendly and flexible attitude
Be approachable
Have an understanding of individual barriers that disabled people face in their daily lives
Have good communication skills
Have an understanding of confidentiality
Conditions (Hours and expenses):
Hours will be variable but negotiated. All reasonable out of pocket expenses will be paid including a mileage allowance.
